Payment Plans


The entire staff of Ava Victory Academy is committed to the long-term growth and improvement of our school. We appreciate your trust in allowing us to serve your family in their academic, spiritual and social development.

One way in which we are seeking to improve ourselves is in the area of tuition and fee processing. After much research and investigation, we have decided to contract with FACTS Management Company to improve our tuition/fee program. This will provideus and you, our families; with state-of-the-art technology solutions to streamline the process from bill presentment to payment options.

All families will be required to select one of the following FACTS payment plan options and pay the respective fee.


FULL PAYMENT:
The entire amount of tuition (minus the 10% discount) and fees is paid on or before July 1st, 2016. A service fee of $20 will be collected for managing this single payment and all the respective incidental billing that occurs on a family’s account through the course of the year. You options for payment include:
o Electronic debit: As authorized by parents, from their bank accounts (checking or savings accounts).
o Credit cards: There will be a 2.75% convenience fee for all credit card transactions (Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard).
o Invoice: Electronic or paper invoices

2 PAYMENTS:
The tuition payment and fees will be divided in two payments. The 1st payment is due on August 5th, 2016 and the 2nd payment is due December 5th, 2016. A service fee of $20 will be collected for managing these two payments and all the respective incidental billing that occurs on a family’s account through the course of the year. You options for payment include:
o Electronic debit: As authorized by parents, from their bank accounts (checking or savings accounts).
o Credit cards: There will be a 2.75% convenience fee for all credit card transactions ( Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard).

10 PAYMENTS:
Tuition is paid over a 10 month period. The 10 month payment plan begins in August and ends in May, 2016. A service fee of $50 will be collected for managing these ten payments and all the respective incidental billing that occurs on a family’s account through the course of the year. You options for payment include:
o Electronic debit: As authorized by parents, from their bank accounts (checking or savings accounts).
o Credit cards: There will be a 2.75% convenience fee for all credit card transactions (Visa, American Express, Discover or MasterCard).
